Can be boring because you are just following a rat through its life but can also be confusing because it is told in first, second and third person point of views. The perspective shift allows the rat to be a rat, to be an anthropomorphized protagonist, and to be us. Again, not terribly effective for me.

But the inaccuracies and weird writing and gratuitous violence among the rats all spoiled it for me.
No trivia or quizzes yet. A zaniewsk and often unsettling book with a neat concept a story from a rat’s perspective but it has no zaniewsli to speak of. So overall, interesting concept, poor execution.
